Mentor > Mentor Commitment

We understand that your time is limited and valuable. Below is our estimate of the average time commitment needed to support your team. You will mentor only one team throughout the Competition until, and if, they are cut. We encourage you to work as much as you would like with your team throughout the Competition.

• Mentor Mixer: Meet your team at the mentor mixer scheduled for February 22nd (TBC) from 6-9pm

• Ongoing Mentoring / Coaching: Communicate with your team on a bi-weekly basis (phone, e-mail, or in-person) for 30-60 minutes (suggested minimum)
