Prizes

The UC Berkeley Business Plan Competition consists of several rounds of judging followed by a public presentation by the finalists. The prize structure is outlined below:


PRIVATE SEMI-FINALS:
Four first place track winners = $5,000 each
Four second place track winners = $1,000 each


PUBLIC FINALS:
Four first place track winners from Semi-Finals compete for Grand Prize for $20,000 and People’s Choice Prize for $5,000.
Semi-Finalists not advancing to the final round compete in Elevator Pitch Presentation for $1,000.
